Saturday Ride Information: Hey everyone! What a great Saturday ride it was last week out at Los Burros. Yeah, it is a bit of a haul getting out that far for most of us, but what you realize once you get out there is that it is worth every bit of windshield time. The dust was almost non-existent given our season rains, the trails were like glue, and TRACKS just keeps making this trail better and better!

This weekend we'll be back at it again at the Buena Vista trails. Meet at the Buena Vista trailhead at 7:00 a.m. for a 12-15 mile MTB ride. The Buena has been getting some rain too and the trails are in great shape. There are a few new berms on Petrified that have been build in the last couple of weeks that need to be tried out by the group!

As always, our group rides are friendly, casual social rides. We move at an medium pace, but will be stopping at all major intersections to keep our group together.

Buena Vista Ribbon-Cutting: We are making plans for the official ribbon-cutting event in Show Low City Park. Mark your calendar because we'd really like to see all of our trail using friends present to help celebrate on October 7th from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. We'll have some finger foods, a cake, and lots of fun!

We are thinking that we'll have the last two big parts of the trail work, which involve re-routing a part of new Flintstone in the old El Cucuy section, along with building a new Chihuahua Pines Connector on the east side of Highway 60, completed by the time of the ribbon-cutting.
