Saturday Los Burros Ride, 8:00 a.m.

Saturday Morning at Los Burros: Happy Wednesday everyone! We are now on the down-slope toward another beautiful weekend in the White Mountains! With that said, it is time to announce our Saturday ride plan.

We'll meet this week at 8:00 a.m. at the Los Burros trailhead off of the Vernon-McNary road for a 13.6 mile MTB loop. Los Burros is a wonderful trail for intermediate riders. Our pace will be friendly and social and we should be back to the trailhead between 10:00 and 10:30 a.m. Summer has returned for the first ride group ride of the fall and it should be a great Indian Summer morning. Hope to see everyone out there!

Sunrise Enduro Volunteers Needed Sunday: For those of without plans on Sunday, the MBAA Enduro event is still looking for volunteers for this coming Sunday.

From the TRACKS announcement this morning:

Hello everyone,The MBAA Sunrise Enduro is looking  for volunteers this Sunday at Sunrise Ski Park. They need two people to help with registration in the morning by handing out timing chips. The time for those positions would be 7:00am - 9:30am. They also then need two people to collect timing chips at the end of stage four. They are using a new timing system this year and the timing chips are reusable and affixed to the riders ankles so they need to collect them following the riders final stage. The time for that position would be approximately 9:00am - 2:00pm or a little earlier.
