Los Caballos Secrets on Saturday

Saturday Ride 8/29: Hey Everyone . . . we're over the hump again so it is time to think about not whether we'll go for a ride on Saturday, but instead . . . where? Well, we're mixing it up a little this Saturday on a special request from Zach Thompson. Where did he request? The social trails over in the Los Caballos trail. No, not nasty Los Caballos itself, the social trails, which I promise are way better then the designated trail.

Meet at the Los Caballos trail off of Joe Tank Road west of Show at 7:00 a.m. If you haven't been there before, here are directions: https://tracks-9a142c.webflow.io/trail-maps-gpx/los-caballos-638. We don't get out there so much, so this is a great opportunity to check those trails out if you haven't done it before. It is only 3.9 miles from the Show Low post office, so it really is not meaningfully further out from Show Low than the Buena Vista trailhead.

It an intermediate ride, so you'll want to bring that skill set along. We'll probably ride 12-15 miles and finish a little after 9:00 a.m. We've recruited a ride leader I have 100% confidence in. It will just be a chill, fun little ride and we are not going to drop anyone out there, so some on out and have fun on Saturday! See you there!
